About the exhibit

With three levels of physical challenges that are meant to push you to your next level, there is something for everyone to try in Power Play! As you jump, stretch, crank, dance, climb and crawl your way through this exhibition, you will explore strength, flexibility, and endurance. Record your score after each challenge and learn important tips for maintaining good physical health while discovering ways you can continue to work on all three at home.

Educators

Power Play utilizes power scores at each activity station to show children that the human body has a physiological response to exercise. Regular exercise helps the cardiovascular system work more efficiently and has many health benefits.
