Experience a showcase of traveling art and culture exhibitions from across the world! Pretend, explore, learn, read, make and create with new activities every week.
If you love to imagine, pretend, explore, learn, read, make and create, then the John P. McGovern Kids’ Hall is the perfect destination! The Kids' Hall activity tables feature new activities every week for you to do together as a family. Plus, you can play fun math games and experiment with face painting. The hall hosts several cultural and art shows to inspire creativity and broaden our understanding of other cultures.
The John P. McGovern Kids Hall is a place for families to engage in non-facilitated activities that change out weekly as well as enjoy some math games and have fun face painting. It also hosts several art and cultural exhibits each year. School groups do not typically visit this space as a part of their tours.
Tables host weekly changing interactive activities. Children create special crafts like masks, wigs, dolls, toys, etc. all designed to inspire a child’s imagination!
Art and cultural shows, from prints from famous children’s illustrators to our annual Seasons of Sharing exhibit, help fuel kids’ creativity and cultural awareness.
Throughout the year, many special events happen in Kids' Hall, from photos with famous characters to special activities that can’t be missed.
