Children’s Museum Houston is excited to pilot a Junior Master Gardener Program in EcoStation. Junior Master Gardeners will learn the importance of native plants, how to care for a garden at home, and manage and maintain an exclusive garden bed in EcoStation!  

This 6-week program is designed for students grades 3rd-5th with a requirement of 6 classes attended to earn a JMG certification.

You may choose to attend one or more sessions, but you MUST attend all six weeks in order to receive certification!

When: Tuesdays or Saturdays from 10 to 11 am

• Week 1: Tuesday April 1 or Saturday April 5

• Week 2: Tuesday April 8 or Saturday April 12

• Week 3: Tuesday April 15 or Saturday April 19

• Week 4: Tuesday April 22 or Saturday April 26

• Week 5: Tuesday April 29 or Saturday May 3

• Week 6: Tuesday May 6 or Thursday May 17
